Our Capabilities

3

Laboratory & Technical Capability

Our laboratory capability supports the assessment of incoming waste streams, recovered oils, wastewater, residuals, and upgraded feedstocks. Monitoring key properties throughout recovery and upgrading helps guide process decisions and maintain product consistency.

Our technical team brings together expertise in chemistry, separation, process engineering, wastewater treatment, and downstream applications to support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

4

Quality, Traceability & Compliance

FOG Plus aims to maintain clear documentation throughout the feedstock pathway, from waste source and collection through processing, upgrading, and finished feedstock supply. We focus on producing characterized, consistent feedstocks that meet defined customer and application requirements. Our operations and documentation are developed around the regulatory, environmental, traceability, and sustainability requirements relevant to the markets we serve. Relevant certifications and reporting requirements can be incorporated as customer and business needs develop.

5

Sustainability & Community

We work with local communities, industries, municipalities, and waste-management partners to develop practical ways to collect and recover oil-rich waste.

By recovering useful oil and managing the associated water and residuals, we aim to reduce waste-handling burdens and return valuable materials to productive use. Long-term partnerships help make these circular-economy solutions practical and dependable.

2

Technology & Solutions

We combine proven industry practices, proprietary know-how, and carefully selected technologies to separate valuable oil from water, solids, and emulsions.

Our approach integrates recovery, separation, upgrading, and water and residuals management. We adapt the process to each waste stream, with a focus on recovery efficiency, practical operation, and overall process economics.

Feedstock Assessment & Upgrading

We work with used cooking oil (UCO), fats, oils, and grease (FOG), grease-derived oils, and other suitable oil-rich waste streams. Each material is assessed for its composition, recoverable oil content, processing needs, and potential downstream use.

These findings guide how we recover and upgrade the oil to meet defined customer specifications and application requirements.
